Ben MarsonetCEO
Ben has a career spanning over 15 years in the traffic management industry working across various operational, commercial and senior management roles. Following a 10 year career with Altus in General Management and Executive positions, Ben was appointed to the role of Group CEO in July 2021. Since his appointment, Ben has lead the business through a successful private equity investment, as well as doubling revenue and earnings of the business through a mix of organic growth and acquisition activity. Ben has an immense passion for the safety and growth of people, and is passionate about leading a business that has a genuine impact on its employees and the communities it operates in. Altus Group is the largest and leading provider of traffic management services across Australia and New Zealand operating in 45+ locations, employing 4500 staff and operating a fleet of 2500+ assets. Chris manages the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality functions of the business, having previously led Altus’ QLD business with full P&L responsibility. He is tasked with driving continual improvement across a wide portfolio of works nationally and develops and executes the organisation’s Safety Strategy. Chris is focussed on improving both employee and customer safety, ensuring robust and accountable systems and processes underpin these objectives.

Starting her career in Safety 10 years ago, she has transitioned from a Safety Manager role within Altus Traffic. Joanne is now focused on expanding the range and reach of formal qualifications that CivilEdge can deliver based on its expansive infrastructure and strong networks through the traffic, civil, maintenance and utilities sectors. Joanne is focused on providing high quality training and consistently maintaining the best quality courses, so that all students have the skills and training to get their jobs done safety.

Khaleel has 19 years of experience in the traffic management sector and has been with Altus for 13 years, delivering consistently on the largest infrastructure and maintenace projects in the country. He has held various positions within Altus including Operational and Safety leadership functions and possesses a background in Business Information Systems. Khaleel leads a team of highly skilled and dedicated individuals within the NSW operation including more than 500 traffic controllers. Khaleel has full P&L control of the NSW business, continually looking to improve, grow safety year on year and continue to be a industry leader in the market.

Chris brings the skill-set necessary for the management of our Qld Business, delivering for our customers, building a winning team, whilst delivering efficiency gains and financial performance.

Andrew is an 18-year veteran of the Traffic Management Industry and has held various management roles, most with a strong operational focus, prior to becoming General Manager of the Altus South Australian business. He has worked on multiple Tier 1 major construction projects, major national and international events as well as extensive road maintenance contracts. Andrew's personable approach and strong leadership skills have allowed him to develop meaningful relationships with clients and stakeholders, resulting in a consistent level of safe and high quality traffic services fulfilment. He has held industry association Chair and Vice Chair roles and has been a key player in growing and maturing the industry.
